Bloc Blinds Manufacturing, LLC are looking for a Customer Service Admin Support to join our team in DFW. As customer service admin support you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth administrative operations. What does this role contribute to the Company? As customer service admin support you will be a key liaison between customers, production, and sales team, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery and effective resolution to enquiries and issues. What we will ask of you: • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. • Provide information on Window shades, product availability, pricing and delivery timelines. • Keep product knowledge up to date to support answering customer queries. • Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate team. • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system. • Track and monitor order status, providing regular updates to customers and internal teams. • Co-ordinate with production, shipping and logistics to ensure on-time delivery. • Maintain and update customer records in the ERP system. • Prepare and send invoices, purchase orders and other related documents. • Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and promotional campaigns. • Meet and greet visitors to the premises in a professional manner when required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Essential • High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem solving mindset with attention to detail. • Proficiency in using ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong customer-focused attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service. Desirable • Knowledge of working within a window shades manufacturing business. • Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00
