Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting principles. This role supports various accounting functions to enhance the organization’s financial health.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and conducting data analysis.
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and support month-end/year-end closing.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and assist with audits.
  • Collaborate with departments to address financial inquiries and streamline processes.
 
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
