Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing accounts payable, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial data. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Verify supporting documentation for invoices and expense reports
• Assign general ledger account coding to vendor invoices
• Obtain invoice approvals and troubleshoot issues with vendors and internal customers
• Perform reviews and audits of invoices and expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and controls
• Analyze and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy of both internal accounts payable and vendors accounts receivable applications
• Process and record receipt transactions for goods sold or services rendered
• Maintain financial databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor of Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Three or more years of accounts payable experience, including ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment

Working Environment Conditions/Requirements:
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to work in an office environment or remotely performing accounting/office functions
