Clinical Supervisor

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we have recently streamlined our agency and are now seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join us in our mission.
Why This Role is Unique:
This is a newly created leadership position designed to enhance the clinical support we offer our dedicated team members. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of care at AWS. You will provide guidance and mentorship to providers at all levels, including newly licensed clinicians, paraprofessionals and interns, while collaborating with diverse team members and community partners to ensure the highest quality of service.
What You'll Do:
- Empower and Inspire: Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to team members, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment. We want to ensure they follow a trauma-informed model of care.
- Champion Best Practices: Offer expert clinical guidance and coaching on client care, documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards/regulations.
- Advocate for Clients: Assess and determine appropriate levels of care, ensuring each client receives the most effective and personalized treatment.
- Lead the Way: Facilitate the adoption of our new EHR system, providing training and support to ensure a they know how to use this system, advocate for necessary enhancements and collaborate on barriers.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from staff, identify opportunities for system enhancements, and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
What You'll Bring:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with active license.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with EHR systems (implementation/training is a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for our mission.
