Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNA Supervisor to join our team at MaineHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff who provide remote visual monitoring and direct constant patient observation. Key Responsibilities Provide operational oversight and resource coordination for the Companion Program Supervise and manage a team of CNAs, including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluation, and onboarding Coordinate equipment maintenance and clinical leadership Develop and implement program initiatives to improve patient care and staff performance Requirements Registered as a Certified Nursing Assistant with the Maine Registry of Certified Nursing Assistants Completes Safety Care Training and becomes certified as an instructor within 1 year of hire 2 years of clinical experience in direct patient care High level of interpersonal, teaching, and leadership skills Critical thinking and analytical skills High level of organizational skills and effective time management About MaineHealth MaineHealth is a healthcare organization that values its employees and the communities it serves.
