Location: 100% in-office

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM (30-minute lunch)

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front office support, including reception duties and directing calls.
  • Accurately enter, scan, and review documents.
  • Sort and distribute invoices and mail.
  • Assist with clerical tasks related to legal documents.
  • Support client service reps and medical records teams with billing requests and follow-up calls.
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Office/clerical experience preferred, but will train candidates with strong computer skills.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and reliability.
