Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity within the tech industry, where you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software, and managing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and issues effectively.
• Maintain and manage customer hardware, ensuring all devices are functioning optimally.
• Utilize Android development skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Use Cisco Technologies to manage, control and optimize network systems.
• Monitor and maintain Citrix technologies, ensuring a stable and efficient virtualization environment.
• Manage computer hardware, performing regular upgrades and maintenance tasks.
• Utilize Dell Technologies to optimize hardware and software performance.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Utilize Active Directory for network management, ensuring secure access and efficient user administration.
• Manage and support Apple devices, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Use Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and availability.
• Implement configuration management practices to ensure system stability and control.• Proficient in Android Development
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
• Experience with Citrix Technologies
• Understanding of Computer Hardware
• Knowledge of Dell Technologies
• Ability to work with Active Directory
• Experience with Apple Devices
• Familiarity with Backup Technologies
• Proficiency in Configuration Management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to keep up with latest technology trends and innovations
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with various levels of management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
