Adecco’s client is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner to join their team in New York, USA.

What you’ll do:

· Investigate and analyze complex workers' compensation claims.

· Negotiate settlements and manage litigation.

· Manage claim reserves and financial aspects.

· Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry best practices.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Valid Adjuster’s License in NY

5+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims management. OIC experience as well.

• Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software and systems.

Note:

This role is Hybrid in Syracuse, NY; thus, open to candidates living in Syracuse, NY or REMOTE for valid NYC Workers’ Comp Professionals in USA.



Pay Details: 80,000.00 to 90,000.00 per year
