Workers' Compensation Claims Investigator

We are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Specialist to join our team at Swoon. As a key member of our claims management team, you will be responsible for investigating and processing complex workers' compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process complex workers' compensation claims by investigating and gathering information to determine the exposure on the claim.
- Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
- Manage the litigation process to ensure timely and cost-effective claims resolution.
- Manage claim recoveries, including subrogation, Second Injury Fund excess recoveries, and Social Security and Medicare offsets.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant claims and workers compensation experience.
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
- NY Workers Comp certification required.
