Immediate need for Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers in Pleasant Prairie We are seeking candidates looking for a long-term career with an opportunity to be part of a leading company serving the growing market of Electronics manufacturing services.

  • Weekly Paychecks
  • Full-Time Work
  • Must be open to 10 hour shifts as needed

Work Duties:

  • Performs a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies per work instruction and/or drawings.
  • Setup Switchgear parts like (Contactors, Circuit breakers, etc.)
  • Point to point wiring per work instructions, diagram schematics, etc., Short/continuity test, Hipot test
  • Read, interpret, understand and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to determine component parts and assembly sequence.
  • Test assembled parts to ensure functionality.
  • Assist assemblers in performing assembly tasks.
  • Inspect parameters on checklists.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with hand tools (screw guns, drills, measuring tape handheld tools)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the switchgear manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
  • Works Consistently under safety regulations
  • Lift up to 60lb on an occasional basis
  • Proficient in Google suite, MS Office or equivalent
  • Willing to train on various areas
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination is necessary
  • This is an ITAR facility and applicants must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
