Job Purpose:
To assemble electronic circuit boards according to precise specifications while prioritizing quality.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Execute a diverse range of electronic or electromechanical assembly tasks on assemblies or sub-assemblies, adapting to various work positions and handling components of light to medium weight.

2. Determine and adhere to methods and sequences of operations for wiring, component installation, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
3. Make necessary setups and adjustments, maintaining tolerances in accordance with blueprint specifications.
4. Conduct product inspections based on established quality criteria.

5. Follow detailed, color-coded instructions to perform intricate tasks, including installation, hand soldering, wiring, harnessing, and hardware assembly on circuit boards and other electronic assemblies.


Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential.
- Overtime may be required as needed.
- Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
