Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance in the hospitality industry, located in New Albany, Ohio, United States. The role involves leading a team dedicated to maintaining high standards of product quality across all software releases. This includes managing the team's daily activities, developing effective testing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a Quality Assurance team, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Oversee daily workflows and review new or updated applications for compliance with requirements and brand standards.
• Establish and communicate quality standards across different teams including QA, Business Analysis, Project Management, Development, and User Acceptance Testing teams.
• Develop and maintain test cases focusing on database impacts, scenarios, regression, error retests, and usability.
• Identify and document program issues, escalating as needed based on established protocols.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, coordinating feedback, training, and cross-functional reviews.
• Create and review documentation for accuracy and completeness of features.
• Ensure the QA team meets timelines and deliverables, fostering a culture of service and quality.
• Support compliance with company, federal, state, and local policies.
• Utilize skills in Bug Tracking, Management, Automation Quality Assurance, and Automated Regression Testing.• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in bug tracking and automated regression testing
• Strong skills in automation quality assurance
• Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for quality assurance
• Proficiency in using quality assurance management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in quality assurance.
