Job Description:

  • In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong, profitable relationships with our commercial clients.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Licensing: A valid Minnesota Property & Casualty License

  • Experience: Commercial Lines account management

  • Background Check: Clean and valid driver's license

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry operations, account management, and rating procedures

  • Customer Focus: A commitment to excellent service with strong relationship-building skills

  • Skills: Exceptional time management, organization, and technological proficiency, including experience with agency management systems and independent carriers

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Serving our existing commercial insurance clients to ensure their satisfaction

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through timely quotations and support

  • Monitoring key metrics to achieve service targets and documenting sales activities

  • Identifying growth opportunities within commercial insurance accounts

  • Collaborating with team members and contributing actively in meetings

  • Enhancing processes through teamwork and continuous collaboration

  • Reviewing insured contracts and providing coverage recommendations

  • Assisting clients with renewals, retention processes, and claims processing

  • Participating in various commercial-related activities as needed
