Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short-term contract opportunity for an Office Manager in New Braunfels, Texas. This role primarily involves both office management and accounts payable tasks in the industry. Serving as the primary point of contact for office guests and vendors, the Office Manager will also handle various accounting tasks, leveraging various software systems.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist all office visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
• Oversee office supplies inventory and replenish as necessary
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
• Liaise with vendors for office maintenance tasks, ensuring a well-kept and functional workspace
• Organize and coordinate office events and social activities
• Manage bookings for conference and training rooms
• Handle IT issues, working closely with the IT department or service providers
• Process and manage expenses, invoices, and credit memos using AP Automation software
• Book accommodation and travel arrangements as needed
• Maintain a comprehensive and updated vendor list
• Troubleshoot any invoice queries promptly and effectively.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with 'About Time' software
• Ability to manage Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficient in answering inbound calls
• Experience in coordinating events
• Ability to coordinate meetings effectively
• Responsible for maintaining office supplies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
