Job Title: Pharmacy Manager
Location: Essex Junction, VT
Employment Type: Direct Hire (Offering Relocation)
Schedule: Variable Evenings required at times
Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register as the supervising pharmacist or Pharmacist in Charge with the state board.
  • Ensure the pharmacy plies with all federal, state, and pany regulations.
  • Manage the pharmacys financial goals, including budgeting, payroll, inventory management, and third-party administration.
  • Lead and develop pharmacy support personnel, ensuring training and performance standards are met.
  • Participate in patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs.
  • Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication use, dosage, interactions, and monitor patient health outes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and legally pliant pharmacy environment.
Qualifications:
  • Active VT Pharmacist License (required)
  • Immunization Certification (required)
  • fortable administering all vaccines (required)
  • Previous Pharmacy Manager experience (preferred)
