Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our clients team in Knoxville, TN. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our company's financial records.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing all necessary taxes except federal.

  • Performing monthly bank reconciliations.

  • Preparing and analyzing monthly Profit & Loss statements.

  • Balancing the General Ledger on a monthly basis.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Pay: $22-27/hr

Job Type: Full time; onsite

Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
