Auto-Chlor System is immediately hiring for a Route Supervisor for our Sacramento, CA location. Come be a part of a growing organization with a strong reputation that thrives off reliable customer service and exceptional products for over 85 years


Schedule:

 

M-F, 7:30am-4pm, plus overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage staff routes.
  • Provide training to new staff members.
  • Upselling companion products.
  • Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial dish machines and repairing mechanical problems.
  • Collection of customer payments and consistently following up to ensure accounts are current.
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.
  • Driving and delivery.


Requirements:

 

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in supervisor or leadership role.
  • Experience in proactive problem-solving and proficient in organizational skills.
  • Able to handle stressful situations with exceptional conflict resolution.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
