As a District Sales Supervisor with the California State Lottery, you will play a critical role in the efficient implementation of all Lottery sales, marketing, and merchandising programs. You will supervise a large group of District Sales Representatives and Route Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives.
- Collaborate with the Lottery Manager (Sales) to develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
- Provide excellent customer service to retailers and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the lottery industry.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
