We are providing a unique opportunity for a Charter Sales Broker to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting our high-net-worth clients with our industry-leading private jet services. You will have the opportunity to sell our exclusive Flight Club membership and our standout aircraft management services, while also building relationships with our clients to further enhance their private jet experience.


Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the sales of our exclusive Flight Club membership, ensuring a seamless and enhanced private jet experience for our clients

• Promote and sell our top-tier aircraft management program, emphasizing its transparency, security, and efficiency

• Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records and ensure efficient process management

• Utilize your excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and build lasting relationships with our clients

• Track annual sales and commission functions to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement

• Use your consultative selling skills to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

• Create dashboards to visualize and communicate sales trends and performance metrics

• Manage the budget processes related to sales activities and client contracts

• Leverage your knowledge and experience in the airline industry to enhance your sales strategies and client interactions.

• Possess at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field.


• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and interactions.


• Familiarity with software for effective time management and scheduling.


• Understanding of budget processes to ensure the financial feasibility of sales deals.


• Ability to handle commission functions, including tracking, calculation, and distribution.


• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.


• Proven track record in annual sales, demonstrating strong sales abilities.


• Proficiency in consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.


• Knowledge of the airline industry, including its operations, trends, and challenges.
