Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Operations Coordinator IV (Contractor) in Trevose, Pennsylvania. The role involves supporting sales administration, generating sales-related reports, and acting as an extension of the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring accuracy in sales processes.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate data collection from internal and external personnel, ensuring accurate entry into standard and customized report formats
• Generate sales-related reports as requested, contributing to the efficiency of the sales team
• Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring up-to-date information for all affiliates
• Undertake all aspects of credit control work, including production of reminder letters and regular contact with clients via phone and email
• Review client ledger balance reports with Product Sales team, taking necessary action related to client funds and points arising from the review
• Research unreported/unpaid accounts, ensuring timely collection of revenue through communication with distributors
• Identify and quantify billing adjustments to sales force and work order errors to improve work order accuracy throughout the Product Sales division
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, providing a high level of customer service
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as required
• Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.• Demonstrated proficiency in communication, sales, and data entry
• Proven experience in reporting, reviewing, and supervising tasks
• Proficient in workstation support and maintaining a professional phone presence
• Adept at reconciliations, billing, and managing production tasks
• Experience in collection processes, revenue accounting, and credit management
• Regular and punctual attendance is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is essential
• Experience in research analysis, making adjustments, and specification tasks
• Familiarity with managing funds, ledgers, and data collection processes
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Experience working with distributors is beneficial
• Adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
