We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Emergency Service Responder to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Bucks County, PA.
Key Responsibilities- Damage Assessment and Sales: Collaborate with our emergency service manager and mitigation team to identify and pursue property damage restoration opportunities.
- Customer Service and Communication: Provide exceptional customer service to explain our company's services and alleviate concerns for prospective customers.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop relationships with local property managers, agents, emergency personnel, and administrators to generate high-quality leads and close sales.
- Authorization and Coordination: Collect authorizations for services and coordinate with our mitigation team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of professional property damage sales experience or other sales experience.
- Industry Knowledge and Skills: Strong working knowledge of the restoration industry, including property damage assessment and mitigation.
- Customer Service and Communication: Proficient in customer service in competitive environments, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Demands: Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity to perform the duties of the role.
