  • Project Management: Lead preconstruction planning, scheduling, and manage construction tasks through to project closeout.

  • Cost and Resource Management: Handle budgeting, estimates, and manage the procurement of materials.

  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and owners to resolve construction-related matters.

  • Permitting and Compliance: Pull necessary permits and ensure the project adheres to building codes and regulations, including CDPHE permitting.

  • Quality Control: Use quality control measures to ensure the project meets specifications.

  • Scheduling & Reporting: Create schedules using Asta and/or P6 software and manage project documentation through Procor and EADOCS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering.

  • 10+ years experienced Project Manager with emphasis on Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP).

  • Specific industrial experience needed in heavy civil projects

  • PE needed but not extremely mandatory.

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Ability to pass drug screening, physical examination, and a criminal background check.

  • Willingness to travel and work full-time with potential overtime.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software, such as Asta and/or P6, Procor, and EADOCS.

  • Knowledge of the construction industry, including materials and suppliers.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage project compliance with safety regulations and codes.
