Job DescriptionJob Description

 We are seeking a highly proficient and skilled Accounts Payable Specialist with experience in Yardi software to join our dynamic team. The candidate will manage all aspects of accounts payable including processing invoices, reconciliation of accounts, managing budget requirements, and ensuring all financial deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounts payable duties including verification of amounts and calculation of charges.
  • Process invoices and match the same with purchase orders and receipts.
  • Maintain the vendor master data in the system.
  • Utilize Yardi software to automate, track and report the company's finances coherently.
  • Liaise with external vendors and resolve any billing issues.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports.
  • Ensure all processed payments are compliant with financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage the budget requirements and communicate variances and potential issues effectively.
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in an accounts payable role.
  • Solid experience and proficiency using Yardi software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in using MS Excel.
  • Excellent numerical proficiency and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
