**Banking industry experience is a plus**
• Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls in a high-volume call center environment• Proven ability to assist customers with various inquiries and issues effectively
• Proficient in providing banking services over the phone
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices would be advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Previous experience in a banking call center would be a plus.
