Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Enterprise Call Center. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Customer Interactions: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, build sustainable relationships, and meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Provide solutions and alternatives to customer complaints, follow up to ensure resolution, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Record Customer Interactions: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, and provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, meet sales targets, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, software, and tools to manage customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field.
