We are offering a contract-to-hire position as an Office Assistant on the east side of Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves a variety of clerical tasks within a dynamic setting. As an Office Assistant, you will be providing administrative support, ensuring efficient operation of the office, and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.


Responsibilities

• Providing administrative assistance, which includes tasks such as scanning and filing documents

• Conducting detailed research and maintaining accurate records

• Performing data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy

• Assisting in managing customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary

• Handling minimal outgoing correspondence, primarily to confirm data or gather missing information

• Supporting the Membership Call Center with minimal outgoing calls

• Utilizing software tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel in daily tasks.

• Ability to provide clerical support in a detail oriented and efficient manner
• Demonstrated proficiency in data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience in managing outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Proficiency in scanning documents, ensuring their clear readability and proper storage
