Our casual dining atmosphere, combined with a delicious menu, scratch kitchen, and exceptional service, has made us a favorite in the community for almost 40 years. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards as we grow and add more locations.

Position Overview: As the Restaurant Manager, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests while helping to lead our team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Support inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and improving service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of 2 years required in a high quality high volume restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
