Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Mailroom Assistant in West Palm Beach, Florida. The selected candidate will be a part of a team that handles various mailroom tasks, ensuring smooth operation within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently open and sort incoming mail, ensuring all items are correctly distributed
• Oversee the printing and scanning tasks, maintaining a high standard of accuracy
• Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to manage and track mailroom operations
• Leverage Microsoft Access to maintain an organized system of records
• Use the About Time software for effective time management and task scheduling
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Perform data entry tasks to keep records up-to-date and accurate
• Manage courier services for outgoing mail and deliveries
• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed.• Proficiency in using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Experience with courier services
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in data entry
• Experience in handling deliveries
