We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Manager to join our team at J&Y Law Firm. This role involves managing payroll administration, recruitment, employee benefits, and HR policy development.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and onboard new employees.
  • Employee Relations and Communications: Foster a positive work culture, communicate effectively with employees, and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
  • HR Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Performance Management and Development: Assist with performance evaluations, provide coaching and development opportunities, and track HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
