This role is centered around the processing and management of various financial and legal documents, with a strong emphasis on data organization and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with team members to manage and organize both hard copy and Excel files accumulated over a specified period.
• Understand and categorize financial documents according to the established method of document storage.
• Ensure the orderliness and accuracy of Excel files through regular monitoring and management.
• Handle files related to real estate and investments, maintaining necessary hard copies and purging nonessential ones.
• Apply general accounting and financial knowledge in day-to-day tasks.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word effectively for administrative duties.
• Demonstrate strong organization and file management skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and attention to detail.• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a must
• Ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in data entry
• Strong ability to organize files and documents efficiently
• Proficient in email correspondence
• Skilled in scanning and maintaining digital records
• Possess strong typing skills
• Proficient in 10 Key Skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
