Looking for a fresh start in a dynamic work environment? Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician and earn $25.71/hr This 1st shift position runs  from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday in Canfield, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tackle both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of industrial equipment/machinery.
• Install, maintain, and repair complex industrial machinery.
• Collaborate seamlessly with maintenance and operations managers.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V and program PLCs.
• Work with photo eyes, sensors, and switches.
• Install, replace, and maintain VFDs.
• Handle hydraulic/pneumatic system installations and repairs.
• Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics.

What We're Looking For:

• Industrial Maintenance Schooling with the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong mechanical skills (bearings, rollers, hydraulics) and electrical skills (3-phase/480V systems).
• Experience with preventive maintenance and a solid 70/30 mechanical/electrical skill ratio.
• Proficient in troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Additional expertise in PLC troubleshooting and programming, plus welding and fabrication skills.

Work Environment:

• Operate in a manufacturing facility with a blend of new and old equipment, including conveyor systems and spray booths.
