Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing general and preventative property maintenance, repairing or performing general maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in maintenance work or related field preferred
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is approximately $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
