Data Entry Specialist – Immediate Opening

Location: East Syracuse, NY
Pay Rate: 20/hour
Shift: Standard 8-hour workday, Monday - Friday
Employment Type: Full-time
Education: HS Diploma/GED required

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform low-volume data entry, including sales orders and documents like labels, form letters, and correspondence.

  • Access claims in Salesforce, cross-reference details in SAP, and ensure all data is accurate and complete.

  • Route claims to the appropriate departments after verification.

  • Assist in ensuring data field accuracy and compliance.

  • Format and produce various business documents.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational skills.

  • 1-2 years of experience working with SAP and Salesforce is a must.

  • Proficiency in managing electronic files and maintaining databases.

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Pay Details: 20.00 per hour
