Job DescriptionJob Description

Job objectives:

In the short term, structure the administrative and financial area in terms of resources, procedures, supervisor and IT systems considering the projected strong corporate growth.

Build the management control system through the implementation of reporting on all accounts, monitoring, and maintenance.

General accounting: starting from the proper registration of active and passive invoices and bills to the preparation of monthly profit and loss and balance sheets, control and management of cash flow, first notes, financial reports, monthly and yearly controlling;

Manage the strategic and operational planning of liquidity according to corporate objectives;

Creating strong collaboration and synergy with the commercial and purchasing area;

Payroll management (in the short term, dedicated HR resource is being added);

Manage relationships with financial institutions to cover ordinary/extraordinary financial operations;

Intra-annual and annual tax obligations: management of compliance schedules, ability to prepare the documentation necessary for the processing of tax obligations by the accountant;

Qualifications:

Experience:

5+ years of experience as an administrative manager in the manufacturing industry where the area was made up of 3 or more resources (required).

 

Education:

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Economics required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Strong computer skills in Excel and Word required.

Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.

Knowledge of the application of cost accounting.

Familiarity with the ERP system and AS400 preferred.

Problem-solving skills.

Italian language knowledge a plus
