Your Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls to assist patients with medical equipment and financial responsibility education.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Collaborate with intake teams to ensure seamless patient care.
What We’re Looking For
  • Must-Haves:
    • 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, or call center).
    • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Experience in a healthcare or office environment.
    • CNA certification or knowledge of medical terminology.
    • Background in nursing homes or similar patient-facing roles.
Work Environment
  • On-site in Newton, IA, 50208.
  • Shifts may vary, with the latest ending at 7 PM.
  • Structured training and mentoring over the first two weeks to set you up for success.
