Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CCaaS solutions that optimize contact center operations and meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with contact center leadership, stakeholders, and other teams to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and deliver new CCaaS platform features and functionality, leveraging new releases to maximize utilization.
  • Recommend technology, policies, or processes that benefit the organization and improve operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex CCaaS issues, including telephony integration, call flow, call quality, scripting, and systems integration.

In addition to these responsibilities, you'll participate in regular status meetings with contact center leadership and stakeholders, actively providing insights and driving improvements to existing systems and processes.
