Marketing Communications Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

  • Lead and enhance email campaigns to drive B2B acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to develop campaigns, aligning with business objectives.
  • Manage email content strategies and maintain communication roadmaps.
  • Stay updated on CRM/marketing automation trends to optimize workflows and campaign performance.
  • Oversee IT projects for data/process automation in CRM.

Campaign Management:

  • Serve as the expert on the marketing automation platform, managing end-to-end email campaigns.
  • Optimize workflows, segment audiences, and ensure email content meets objectives.
  • Manage email QA, list hygiene, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Deploy and report on campaigns, utilizing A/B testing for insights.

Website & Social Media Content:

  • Manage content for assigned areas, collaborating with teams for website and social media posts.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance.

Loyalty & Incentive Programs:

  • Oversee program launches, enhancements, and day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales for training on platform processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships and process related invoices.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, email campaign management, and stakeholder collaboration.


Position Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree is required in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.

·      5 years’ experience in Marketing or a related field.

·      2-3 years of experience in email marketing/ digital marketing with knowledge of best practices and email laws / regulations.

·      Hands on experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Hub Spot, Marketo, Eloqua) and email testing tools (Email on Acid, Litmus).

·      Solid project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage projects in a cross-functional environment.

·      Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

·      Exceptional attention to detail.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) products.

·      Experience with project management / road mapping software is a plus.

·      Basic HTML experience is a plus.
