We are looking to bring on board an Agency Marketing/Communications Manager to our client's team headquartered in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will be pivotal in creating marketing strategic plans, building online lead generation programs, and developing digital marketing campaigns. This role is particularly suited for those with a strong background in digital marketing, B2B marketing, and lead generation programs. This role is fully remote but must work EST.


Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of clients’ business landscape to provide strategic leadership and guidance around integrated marketing and communication programs.

• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status and making recommendations for course correction if needed.

• Develop positive relationships with colleagues and clients and serve as a liaison.

• Collaborate with internal and external team members in creative, digital, media, and public relations to develop client strategies.

• Manage client projects from strategy and scoping all the way to completion.

• Assist in writing and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including emails, blogs, and social media, leveraging content marketing strategies consistently.

• Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content.

• Execute marketing campaigns and supporting tactics in HubSpot, Pardot, and other marketing automation platforms for the agency’s various accounts.

• Monitor ROI and KPIs.

• Coordinate trouble ticket items with marketing automation software platforms as they arise.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing or communications role within an agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign is required
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
• Experience in handling editorial content, advertisements, and blogging
• Proven track record in enhancing brand awareness and managing budget processes
• Demonstrable experience in campaign planning
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce Pardot is beneficial
• Account management skills and a background in digital marketing are necessary
• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and Marketing Automation Software
• Proficiency in email marketing and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies
• Familiarity with project closeout processes and on-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Expertise in B2B marketing and content development
• Experience in digital campaign design and Google Analytics
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
