Job Title: ScrumMaster/Program Manager

Location: Mostly Remote (On-site required two consecutive days every six weeks)

Job Type: Full-Time (13+ week contract w/ strong possibility of extension)

Job Summary:

LHH is seeking a highly skilled ScrumMaster/Program Manager to lead the formalization and implementation of a new service line operating model framework at our growing client in Greensboro, NC. This role involves strategic review, management of implementation, and development of an optimized framework to enhance service line effectiveness. The focus is on delivering exceptional care and a positive experience for patients, providers, and employees.

** Candidates MUST be ScrumMaster and/or PMP Certified AND be local to Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formalize New Service Line Operating Model Framework:

    • Conduct a comprehensive current-state analysis.

    • Provide strategic recommendations for an optimized future state.

    • Develop and implement program and project plans.

    • Deliver other agreed-upon deliverables as documented in the Program Charter.

  • Primary Activities:

    • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis:

      • Support the development of strategic plans aligning with overall health system goals.

      • Create a detailed roadmap for implementation.

    • Stakeholder Engagement:

      • Engage key stakeholders to gather input, build support, and foster collaboration.

      • Establish a multidisciplinary steering committee.

    • Financial Planning and Budgeting:

      • Develop financial plans including projected costs, revenue streams, and ROI.

    • Technology Coordination:

      • Coordinate with ITS and HTM for technology recommendations.

      • Plan for CHL optimization, end-user devices, and biomedical equipment needs.

    • Monitoring and Evaluation:

      • Facilitate continuous monitoring and evaluation of service line performance.

      • Identify monitoring and reporting goals and methods for gathering data and KPIs.

  • Project Management Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate project plans, timelines, and milestones.

    • Create and manage project documentation.

    • Coordinate resources and cross-functional teams.

    • Monitor progress, manage risks, and address issues.

    • Report progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

    • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

  • PMP or ScrumMaster certification.

  • Experience in hospital operations and service line management.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

  • Independent judgment and sound business decision-making skills.

  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.

  • Minimum of four years of experience in security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software communications, and network protocols.

  • Previous help desk experience is desirable.

  • Applicable certifications preferred.



Pay Details: $60.00 to $73.00 per hour
