Job Summary

The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate TraCS CTSA activities at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. This role will work with TraCS CTSA leadership to set strategic priorities and implement initiatives, oversee administrative and financial management of the TraCS subcontract, serve as a central point of contact for TraCS activities and between the university and other TraCS partner institutions, and work with UNC to establish and implement evaluation and reporting strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate TraCS CTSA activities and ensure alignment with university goals and objectives
  • Work with TraCS CTSA leadership to set strategic priorities and implement initiatives
  • Oversee administrative and financial management of the TraCS subcontract
  • Serve as a central point of contact for TraCS activities and between the university and other TraCS partner institutions
  • Work with UNC to establish and implement evaluation and reporting strategies

Requirements

  • Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree or relevant Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • Advance knowledge of basic science or clinical research
  • Minimum of 2 years research experience (basic science or clinical research) preferred
  • Master's degree in clinical science preferred
