Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Able to manage all day parts of the restaurant
  • Need to teach and foster an environment of trust
  • Great working knowledge of P&L

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of General Manager experience with the same company
  • Full-service background
  • Ability to train your employee to reach new levels
