Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, controlling costs and ensuring that we meet our financial targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, employment, and tax laws.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
  • Experience: Over 2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Skills: Basic math skills, Microsoft Office, and general systems experience
  • Personal Qualities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours, high energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment, and commitment to our core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow
