Jenny Bour with Robert Half is partnering with a growing client to hire a Human Resources/Office Manager. The HR/Office Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the office. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing human resources functions and office management tasks for a smaller office in the financial industry. We are looking for a dedicated HR/Office Management professional who can contribute to the company's success through effective HR management and efficient office operations. Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Supervise office administrative functions, including mail distribution, supplies management, and facilities maintenance.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize office services.
- Oversee office budget and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- While not mandatory, previous experience in the financial industry is beneficial and will be considered an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in human resources and office management roles.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.
