Job Title: HR Manager

The Human Resources Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing all HR-related activities for our site in Amherst, NY. This professional will work closely with plant management and the company HR team to ensure seamless execution of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee communications
  • Administer benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Recruit and hire top talent for various positions
  • Develop and maintain training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employment
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • At least three to five years of human resources experience in plant operations or human resource management
  • MBA preferred
  • SPHR or PHR desired
  • Proficient with Computer Systems, Microsoft Office, and Social Media
