Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at LoLo's CNW, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor legislative changes and industry trends to ensure our organization's HR practices and policies remain compliant.
- Develop reports to meet various U.S. EEO requirements and other state and local regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with statutory changes and implement a system to alert when updates or new regulations are introduced.
- Provide compliance advice and verify any deficiencies or gaps are addressed.
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or HR with SHRM Certification a plus.
- Expert knowledge of legislation and regulations.
- Knowledge of employment law in Arizona, Nevada, California, and Texas.
- At least 5 years of experience in the regulatory or compliance field, with restaurant experience a plus.
