Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in Newport Beach, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining medical office buildings, ensuring effective tenant relationships, and overseeing financial management. The position is based onsite and requires specialized skills in various accounting software systems and management systems.

Responsibilities:
• Provide operational management support to the Senior Property Manager.
• Manage the maintenance of the property to ensure a well-maintained environment.
• Foster positive tenant relationships by promptly responding to their concerns and needs.
• Oversee contract services and ensure they align with the owner's goals and objectives.
• Participate in planning activities related to property management.
• Generate statistical analysis reports to guide decision-making.
• Handle accounting functions using software like Yardi Voyager, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Oversee the billing functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage the budget processes to maintain financial health of the property.
• Take charge of financial management activities to ensure profitability and financial stability of the property.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with Management System implementation and operation.
• Ability to handle Accounting Functions such as accounts payable and receivable.
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Knowledge of Billing Functions and budget processes.
• Capability to use Yardi Voyager for property management tasks.
• Proven experience or understanding of budget processes.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located.
