Job Description and Responsibilities:
Tailored Support: Deliver one-on-one behavioral support services to students, ensuring individualized attention and care.
Implementation of Behavior Plans: Execute behavior intervention plans devised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), implementing effective strategies to support student progress.
Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness in interventions, fostering a nurturing environment for students.
Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation of student progress and behavioral data, facilitating informed decision-making and continuous evaluation of intervention outcomes.
Requirements:
RBT Certification: Possession of certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is mandatory, along with a background in BACB accredited RBT training.
Experience and Skills: Prior experience working with children with special needs is advantageous, coupled with strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
