Job DescriptionJob Description

In this entry level role, you will work closely with the Recruiting Manager to support recruiting efforts. This includes scheduling calls, maintaining candidate database, and to ensure hiring process is running efficiently.

  • Coordinate hiring activities.
  • Undertake clerical duties
  • Prepare and post job ads.
  • Maintain candidate database.
  • Assist in organizing hiring events and participate in job fairs
  • Source candidates on job boards as needed.
  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.

Experience/qualifications:

  • 1 year of recruiting experience
  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
