Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in Nashua, New Hampshire. This role primarily involves managing the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) including processing and reconciling invoices. You will be expected to ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors while maintaining organized records. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to resolve AP issues and assisting the accounting team with additional tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records of invoices, purchase orders, and payments in the accounting system
• Handle discrepancies and inquiries related to accounts payable
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and resolve AP issues
• Assist with month-end closing procedures, including the preparation of reports and reconciliations for AP accounts
• Support the accounting team with additional tasks, including audits, reporting, and financial analysis
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors through various methods including ACH, wire transfers, and check payments
• Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP), from reviewing to processing, and reconciling invoices
• Perform other work-related duties as needed.• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar
• Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts payable (AP)
• Demonstrable experience in check runs and coding invoices
• Strong data entry skills
• Proven track record of efficient invoice processing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle software is desirable
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software
• Knowledge of SAP software is a plus
