Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) with logistics experience, preferably with a stable work history, to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, communicating with drivers and the operations team regarding medical waste pickups, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and Word, comfortable handling high call volumes, and capable of managing heavy data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

*Communicate daily with drivers and the operations team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries of medical waste.
*Update and maintain Excel worksheets with daily activity and logistics data.
*Answer incoming customer calls, address inquiries, and provide timely solutions to customer issues.
*Ensure all data is accurately entered into the system, maintaining a high level of attention to detail in data entry tasks.
*Coordinate with the operations team to resolve any scheduling or logistical issues.
*Maintain a professional and positive relationship with both internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications:

*Prior experience in logistics or a similar field preferred.
*Stable work history with minimal job movement is highly desirable.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong data entry skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*A customer-focused attitude with the ability to provide exceptional service.
